Adult Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a high intensity workout that will increase your strength and flexibility while burning fat. This high impact cardiovascular workout blends elements of boxing, martial arts and traditional aerobics into a highly effective workout routine.

Not only a combat sport, Kickboxing is often used in gyms across the world as a way to stay in shape and self defense.  Gyms usually offer various Kickboxing classes from cardio kickboxing, which is more of an aerobic workout that adds some kickboxing techniques, to classic kickboxing class, which is more technique, pad and bag work. So whether you are looking to learn how to go for the knock out or just want to work on your level of fitness kickboxing is great for all.  People that train kickboxing often leave feeling refreshed after class and develop a great sense of the striking game.

Kids Kickboxing

Our Children's Kickboxing Program combines fitness and kickboxing technique. Your children will learn proper punching and kicking techniques, defense, and more.
