The Kettlebell workout is designed to increase strength, endurance, agility and balance. These aspects of fitness are improved during kettlebell workouts while challenging the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic total body movement. Utilizing functional training and body dynamics, kettlebells help with weight loss, body toning, conditioning, as well as improved in general health. Dini Leopoldo is a certified RKCII Kettlebell Instructor and a certified personal fitness trainer under the NASM. Her motto is, “to empower individuals to live a healthy life”.
Dini currently serves Thousand Oaks, Ventura, Oxnard, Agoura Hills, Camarillo, Simi Valley, Moorpark and Westlake Village.
